Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM GMT to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

UK Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping services across the United Kingdom.

Delivery Services: We provide expedited domestic delivery via DHL. Choose from our two options:

  • Express Domestic 12:00: Our premium next-day delivery service.

  • Express Domestic Delivery: Our standard service, which is typically delivered the next business day after dispatch, but can take up to two business days depending on the courier’s schedule.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. The final cost is determined by several factors, including:

  • The total weight of the order.

  • The delivery destination.

  • The selected shipping method (e.g., Express Domestic Delivery, Express Domestic 12:00).

Your final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, which will include your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the service provider website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
